Mr. Nidal is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in banking and financial services across the Levant, GCC, Africa, and the Far East. As a consulting expert, he specializes in risk management, regulatory compliance, strategy assessment, audit, IFRS9, and ESG-aligned frameworks. He has a strong track record of advising executive leadership and board committees, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and engaging with regulators and stakeholders.
Dr. Anan has managed numerous advisory services in the areas of strategy, finance, accounting, auditing, evaluation, and fraud prevention across various sectors, particularly in telecommunications and banking in Jordan, the Gulf, and Africa. He has managed many of these services in telecommunications companies in Jordan, Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar, Algeria, Syria, and Sudan. Dr. Anan has held numerous professional positions in global companies throughout his career, making significant contributions that played a vital role in the development of these institutions.
