Mr. Nidal is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in banking and financial services across the Levant, GCC, Africa, and the Far East. As a consulting expert, he specializes in risk management, regulatory compliance, strategy assessment, audit, IFRS9, and ESG-aligned frameworks. He has a strong track record of advising executive leadership and board committees, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and engaging with regulators and stakeholders.  Mr. Nidal held senior roles at Arab Bank Group Deloitte, PwC, and, where he contributed to institutional development and sustainable growth.
